Puja Ghosh D is a professional singer, music educator, and independent artist with over a decade of experience in teaching and performance. Deeply rooted in Indian classical music, she also works extensively with modern and Bollywood styles, allowing her to move fluidly between tradition and contemporary expression. Her musical journey reflects a thoughtful balance of discipline, creativity, and a deep respect for musical foundations. Over the years, this blend of structure and expression has shaped her identity as both a performer and a mentor.
Over the years, Puja has trained more than 500 students through her offline institute in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, as well as across various online platforms. Sur Sadhna’s journey began as an offline music institute known as K.I.P.A., with centres in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. From the very beginning, the focus was always on strong musical foundations, personal guidance, and helping students gain confidence through real learning not shortcuts.
Because of its consistent teaching quality and student results, K.I.P.A. was honoured with the Best Music Institute Award, a recognition that reflects years of dedication to music education.
Over time, more than 500 students were trained in singing and various musical instruments. Many of them started as complete beginners and gradually grew confident enough to perform on stage. Our students have participated in school programs, cultural events, competitions, and local festivals, gaining valuable stage experience along the way.
In addition to regular classes, the institute also organized and participated in multiple live performances, giving students the opportunity to experience real-world performance environments and overcome stage fear.
During the COVID period, offline classes had to be discontinued. However, the passion for teaching music never stopped. This transition led to a complete shift to online learning, and Sur Sadhna was born carrying forward the same values, warmth, and structured teaching approach into the digital space.
